Accessibility Statement
Effective date: June 14, 2026
Innergy Interiors LLC (“Innergy Interiors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that our website at innergyinteriors.com is accessible to people with disabilities. We design, build, and maintain this site with the goal of providing an equivalent experience for all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers, or speech-recognition software.
Conformance Status
This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice for ADA Title III compliance, as well as by the European Accessibility Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Accessible Canada Act.
As of the effective date above, automated testing across every unique page template on the site reports zero WCAG 2.1 Level AA violations.
Measures We Take
To support accessibility we have implemented the following:
- Semantic HTML. Pages use proper landmarks (
<header>,<nav>,<main>,<footer>), heading hierarchies, and ARIA attributes where appropriate. - Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element on the site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone. A “Skip to main content” link is the first focusable item on every page.
- Visible focus indicators. Keyboard focus is rendered with a high-contrast outline so users can always see where they are on the page.
- Color contrast. Text and meaningful UI elements meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratios , 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and UI components , on every page.
- Color is not the only signal. Required form fields are marked with the
requiredattribute (announced by screen readers) in addition to a visual asterisk. Links and buttons use underlines or shape changes in addition to color. - Form labels and validation. All form inputs have associated
<label>elements. The contact form usesautocompleteattributes so password managers and assistive tech can pre-fill fields correctly. - Reduced-motion support. Animations and transitions are minimized for users who set the
prefers-reduced-motionoperating-system preference. - Resizable text. Content remains usable when text is resized up to 200% via browser zoom.
- Alternative text. Images that convey meaning include descriptive alternative text. Purely decorative images use empty
alt=""so screen readers skip them. - Modal focus management. The mobile navigation menu and cookie preferences dialog trap focus while open, close on the
Escapekey, and return focus to the triggering control on close. - Document language. Every page declares
lang="en"so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
Testing and Tools We Use
The site is tested with the following tools and methods:
- axe-core , industry-standard automated accessibility engine, run against every unique page template on each release.
- pa11y-ci , continuous integration accessibility testing using both
axeandhtmlcsrunners against WCAG 2.1 AA. - Manual keyboard testing , every interactive flow is navigated with
Tab,Shift+Tab,Enter,Space,Esc, and arrow keys. - Screen-reader spot checks on representative pages and interactive flows.
- Browser tooling , Chrome DevTools Lighthouse, Firefox accessibility inspector.
- Reduced-motion and high-contrast OS modes , verified visually.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may have accessibility limitations. Below are known issues we are aware of and either actively working to fix or have documented for transparency:
- User-generated content. If we publish content authored by third parties (for example, blog posts contributed by guest authors), that content may not always meet our internal standards. We review such content before publication and request corrections where needed.
- Embedded third-party content. Our cookie consent banner, Google Analytics, and other third-party tools may render UI we do not directly control. We have selected third-party tools with strong accessibility track records, and we will replace any tool that introduces a barrier.
- Older blog posts. Articles published before our most recent accessibility review may contain images without descriptive alternative text. We are auditing these and adding alt text incrementally.
If you encounter an issue that is not listed here, please tell us , see “Feedback” below.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of:
- Browsers , Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, on both desktop and mobile.
- Screen readers , the major desktop and mobile screen readers in current use.
- Operating systems , Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and modern Linux distributions.
We do not actively test against browser versions older than two major releases or against Internet Explorer.
